The association employs a teaching staff of professionally prepared in collaboration with Laura Eid & a. The inseganti are all in possession of "oriental dance insegante diploma level 1" issued by the Aid & a. Aid & a is the Body of Training and Refresher Courses for Teachers of Dance and artistic expression that refines and professionalise the Intended and Teachers of Dance, Music and Drama, oriented to practice teaching throughout Italy. Laura, as national coordinator sector oriental dances, arranges programs, examinations and professional updates on behalf of Aid & in order to train qualified teachers, who properly and professionally with uniform criteria and effective teaching, can the trasferirel'insegnamento belly dancing all over the country. Among the subjects of study anatomy, psychology and pedagogy applied to dance, history and folklore styles, techniques, methods, music and rhythms, Eastern culture and dance history, complete a framework of professional training.
